The Hotel Restaurant Radar is located on a hill at 360 meters high, in the village of Fontia over the city of Carrara, in the Tuscan province of Massa Carrara.
The hotel enjoys a privileged position in the countryside and overlooks a breathtaking view: on the Apuan Alps and their white marble quarries of Carrara, the Tyrrhenian Sea, the Versilia coast and the Val di Magra.
Its strategic location can satisfy those who want to associate weekends, or holidays dedicated to relax, to beach life in the summer period or to an extensive program of visits and excursions throughout the year.
In fact, you can visit nearby the famous white marble quarries of Carrara, the city of Carrara with its picturesque old town and the Museum of Marble; the ancient Roman city of Luni, as well as the famous Cinque Terre and Portovenere. Forte dei Marmi, Viareggio, Lucca, Pisa and Florence are easily reachable in less than 1 hour’s drive. The beaches of Marina di Carrara, Marina di Massa and Marinella are just a 20-minute drive from the hotel.
The hotel has 7 rooms of which 4 double rooms, 2 triple rooms, 1 suite with 2 rooms. The sea view rooms have all a panoramic terrace. Each room has a private bathroom and TV. Breakfast is  served as buffet.
The restaurant with its fantastic view of the sea, offers a cuisine linked to tradition where products of land and sea mix with vegetables and herbs from the private garden.
